In this role, you will work in a third-party collections environment , partnering with customers to resolve past-due accounts through respectful, compliant, and solution-focused conversations . As a third-party agency, we represent a variety of clients, giving you exposure to different account types and helping you build valuable collections and negotiation skills. What You'll Do Handle inbound and outbound calls for third-party client accounts Work with customers to create realistic and manageable payment solutions Maintain strict compliance with FDCPA and all applicable regulations Accurately document account activity and payment arrangements Meet or exceed performance and quality goals

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00

PM Duration:

2 weeks (fully paid)

After Training:
