Collections Specialist

Our client is seeking a temp-to-hire Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist with a blended background in accounts receivable and collections. This role is ideal for a professional who can balance strong financial skills with excellent customer service and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment posting, and account reconciliationPerform commercial and/or consumer collections activities in a professional and customer-focused mannerFollow up on past-due accounts by phone and email while maintaining positive client relationshipsResearch and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account questionsCommunicate effectively with customers and internal departments regarding account statusMaintain accurate records of collection efforts and payment activitySupport cash applications and other accounting-related tasks as needed
