Collections Specialist

Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to manage and follow up on outstanding customer accounts. This position is responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue invoices, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining accurate records of all collection activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism.

Requirements Key Responsibilities:
