Job Responsibilities:
Review open accounts and prioritize collection efforts to reduce outstanding receivables Perform collection outreach via phone and email while maintaining strong customer relationships Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and past due account issues Send invoices and supporting documentation to customers as requested Partner with internal teams, including lab General Managers, to review aging reports and improve collection performance Identify root causes of delinquency and communicate findings to management Maintain accurate documentation of collection activities and account status Assist with reporting and tracking key metrics such as DSO and aging trends
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in a multi-site or B2B collections role Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes Ability to read and interpret accounting-related documents Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with accounting software systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both internal and external Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Why choose Addison Finance & Accounting?
