Job Description

Collections Analyst Client in the distribution industry is seeking a Collections Analyst to assist with release order management, account aging review, customer payment follow-up, and accounts receivable support. Salary is $50-$55k, DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COLLECTIONS ANALYST
The Collections Analyst will manage account aging and follow up on past-due balances to obtain payment and release held orders The Collections Analyst will review and process release orders while communicating with customers regarding payment status Perform credit reference requests, payment application support, and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Research account discrepancies, reconcile customer accounts, and assist with troubleshooting payment-related issues
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE COLLECTIONS ANALYST
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills Detail-oriented with a professional and mature approach to problem solving Prior collections, accounts receivable, customer service, or related experience is a plus Salary is $50-$55k, DOE #INJUN2026
