Job Description

Loss Prevention Specialist First Service Federal Credit Union is currently seeking a Loss Prevention Specialist to join their team of professionals in Groveport, OH .
Job Summary:
Responsibilities include contacting members to make payment arrangements on delinquent loans by telephone or mail. Applicant will update collection files and complete all necessary paperwork. Recommend action regarding repossession, bankruptcies, and or foreclosures. Arrange for appropriate Credit Union and/or legal action based on account analysis and as deemed by manager.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned Utilizing various methods of contact to members via telephone or email to collect payment on overdue accounts. Member Account maintenance including daily flagging and offsetting of accounts. Legal processing including preparing member files for Public Judgments and processing bankruptcy notices Repossession maintenance including making recommendations for repossession and submission of the approved
