Collection Calls:
communicate and follow up on customer accounts on a timely basis.Provide customer service:
making calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations. Maintain records by organizing and updating as information comes in to assure accurate and current data information. Request information from pharmacy and/or nursing homes as needed.Monitor and maintain customer accounts:
customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write offs, customer reconciliations.Research Accounts Receivable:
coordinate with and support the Billing/Accounting Department. Enlist the efforts of senior management: when necessary to accelerate the collection process. Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements. Mail correspondence to customers.Job Specifications:
Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications. Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, three to five years of accounting experience and/or successful completion of CPA exams.Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to see to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines and printers up to 100% of the time Regularly required to talk and hear in order to communicate effectively over the phone and in person This is largely a sedentary role; however, some bending, stooping, or standing on a stool as necessary may be required Must be able to tolerate a normal office environment. PharmcareUSA is a national, closed- door, long term care pharmacy business with locations in multiple states. We are privately owned and continue to grow each year, providing daily deliveries to nursing and assisted living facilities as well as hospice residents.
