PAYMENT TEAM SPECIALIST- Nonsafety Sensitive

Schedule:

Needing Open Availability (able to work evenings and weekends) on a rotating schedule. Hours of operation are Monday-Saturday 8 AM-10 PM and Sunday 10 AM- 9 PM.

EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED FOR PAYMENT TEAM SPECIALIST

Assist customers in making over-the-phone payments. Answering payment-related inquiries and addressing any payment related issues. Process various types of payments including credit card payments ensuring accuracy and verifying that all transactions were done correctly. File the daily invoices. Call the finance company to verify information on customer accounts (balance due, account balance, available credit). Provide customers with payment confirmation and receipts ensuring all information is accurately communicated. Address customer concerns and resolve payment discrepancies. EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS FOR PAYMENT TEAM SPECIALIST

Ability to repetitively use arms, hands and fingers; basic mathematical skills required; attention to detail; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to communicate effectively and positively with internal and external customers; and basic knowledge to operate computer and phone systems.
