Job Description

Turn Data Into Action. Drive Accuracy. Make an Impact. Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and great at solving problems? We're looking for a Meter Billing & Systems Coordinator to help ensure accurate meter reporting, billing integrity, and exceptional customer support.
What You'll Do:
Collect and validate meter readings through customer outreach Investigate and resolve billing and data discrepancies Maintain accurate customer and meter records Generate reports and analyze trends Utilize business systems to support reporting and operational efficiency Serve as a resource for customer billing and reporting questions
What We're Looking For:
Associate degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred. Experience working with ERP, billing, CRM, meter management, or similar business systems. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Experience working with data, reporting, or business systems Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Why Join Us? Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
