Customer Service Representation - Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following
- Manage end-to-end Customer Issue Resolution (CIR) for assigned customers, including analysis of disputes, returns, adjustments, delinquencies, and credit risk.
- Identify root causes of issues and drive preventive action plans to avoid recurrence.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams (e.g., quality teams) to resolve disputes and past-due accounts.
- Execute collections on overdue accounts through calls, emails, and other communication channels, in line with company credit policies.
- Monitor customer credit status and highlight high-risk accounts to management, recommending actions to control credit exposure.
- Apply risk mitigation methods such as Letters of Credit and guarantees where required.
- Reconcile customer accounts, including open credits and unapplied payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications / Requirements
