What We're Looking For:

Exceptional Communication :

Strong verbal communication skills are a must. Spanish Skills (a plus!) : Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Tech-Savvy :

Comfortable using computers and learning new software quickly.

Detail-Oriented :

Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Thrives in

Fast-Paced Environments :

Experience in a call center is a plus.

Negotiation Pro :

Strong listening and negotiation skills.

Collections Experience :

Additional Details:

Schedule :

Full-time, with one evening shift per week until 6:00 PM.

Work Location :

On-site in Nassau County (remote work is not available).

Preferred Experience:
