This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage conversations, stay organized, and drive results in a structured, performance-focused environment. You'll be responsible for handling delinquent accounts, securing payments, and enforcing company policies while maintaining professionalism on every call. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Manage and collect on delinquent customer accounts Conduct outbound and inbound collection calls Secure payments and follow up on payment commitments Maintain accurate account notes and documentation Review account status and apply appropriate next steps Communicate clearly and professionally while enforcing company policies Perform data entry and maintain account records
Qualifications:
