Salary:

What your future day will look like: Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, reviewing balances and following up on past due invoices. Research and resolve billing discrepancies by working with customers and internal departments. Analyze deductions, validate supporting documentation, and determine appropriate resolutions. Monitor account performance metrics, including DSO, and partner with internal teams to improve outcomes. Maintain detailed account notes and prepare reporting on aging, trends, and resolution plans. Support additional AR functions such as cash application, portal uploads, and audit requests as needed.
