Monday Friday/ 8-5pm As a Collections Specialist , you'll be an important part of our team behind the scenes—helping make sure claims are followed up on, resolved, and paid in a timely manner. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, staying organized, and digging into the "why" behind unpaid claims. You'll spend your day working through accounts, connecting with payers, and helping move things forward so patients and the business are both supported.
