Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in media industry a plus
• Candidates who have worked previously with enterprise-size organizations do best in this type of environment, given the volume of data
• Collections experience a plus
• Language skill a plus (bilingual Spanish)
• General knowledge of accounting principles a plus

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office -

Excel & Word Preferred Technical Skills:

• ERP or financial system experience a plus (SAP, Oracle a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Managing a local tv station's advertising portfolio of about 100 million, across ad agencies and with large and mid-size agencies
• Doing collection outreach, discrepancy management and resolution, and analysis reporting
• Will be reporting in Excel, formulas and vlookups and charts/pivots
• We have different sites that this team will communicate with, they may be needing to partner with teams in South America, and bilingual Spanish is a plus
• We have some metrics that we analyze, reviewing 100's of line items, invoices are on a station level and an advertising level, will share line items between a team of 4 (around 30k line items)
• Managing KPI's and metrics in the data as well
