Excel & Word Preferred Technical Skills:
ERP or financial system experience a plus (SAP, Oracle a plus)
Responsibilities:
Managing a local tv station's advertising portfolio of about 100 million, across ad agencies and with large and mid-size agencies
Doing collection outreach, discrepancy management and resolution, and analysis reporting
Will be reporting in Excel, formulas and vlookups and charts/pivots
We have different sites that this team will communicate with, they may be needing to partner with teams in South America, and bilingual Spanish is a plus
We have some metrics that we analyze, reviewing 100's of line items, invoices are on a station level and an advertising level, will share line items between a team of 4 (around 30k line items)
Managing KPI's and metrics in the data as well
