• 5:00pm We provide revenue cycle management services to Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs).

We're currently hiring a Private Pay Collector to manage resident outstanding private balances due to the facilities. In this role, you'll be the point of contact for families and responsible parties, helping them navigate questions about balances due while ensuring facilities receive the funds they are owed.

What You'll Do:

Contact residence, family members or elected representatives regarding past due private balances for various nursing homes Heavy Phone Use Contacting Residents/Family Representatives Monitor Aging reports to identify overdue private balances Monthly invoice printing and mailing/emailing Maintaining accurate addresses and following up on returned mail issues Maintain detail accurate notes on each account Review cases for potential legal referrals

Experiance Needed:

Prior experience in private collections (SNF experience a must) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfort with billing platforms (PointClickCare and Visual experience is a plus) Professional, patient, and empathetic approach to sensitive conversations Compliance with Hippa requirements
