Job Description

Job Summary The IRU Representative role is a collections role within InvestiNet's Internal Recovery Unit. This is not a passive customer service, administrative, or account support position. The primary responsibility is to actively work delinquent accounts and help consumers resolve outstanding balances through inbound and outbound phone communication, negotiation, payment plan creation, settlement-in-full discussions, dispute resolution, and follow-up until payment is received and confirmed. Key Responsibilities Compliant Consumer Communication Call Performance Metrics Decision Making & Problem Solving Compliant Account Documentation Skills Superior written and verbal communication skills including proficiency in Microsoft programs. Must be flexible and willing to work with all levels of staff in a collaborative and partnership approach. Ability to thrive in a team environment. Able to pick up on new information quickly and accurately and apply to calls. Ability to gather information and make quick decisions. Demonstrates in their work and communication InvestiNet's core principles. Must be punctual and reliable for their work schedule. Must be comfortable meeting deadlines.
Minimum Requirements:
18 years of age or older Legally authorized to work in the United States Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude Successful candidates need to be comfortable negotiating payment arrangements with consumers, asking for payment, overcoming objections, and documenting account interactions accurately. This role requires persistence, professionalism, and comfort with repetitive tasks. Performance is measured through call quality, system utilization, inbound and outbound call activity, conversion and kept rates, and dollars collected.
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
