Experienced Collections Specialist

A.A.A. Collections, Inc. is looking for self-motivated, eager, and reliable individuals for our collections team! You will work in a fast paced and fun environment, where commission is uncapped! This is an "In Office" position. Not a remote opportunity. You will be able to set your own 40 hour a week schedule with a requirement of only 1 night until 7! No weekends! The opportunity for OT is also available at 4 hours a week. $500 Monthly bonus for simply working your hours, if we meet our goal! (Bonus is tiered to $650,$750 & $1K for larger goals met). This bonus is paid out every month. Commission for an average collector breaks out to over 9$ an hour on top of hourly rate! For top performers, Commission can be at least 20$ an hour or more on top of your hourly rate plus all of the bonuses that are earned! Between hourly pay, bonuses, and commission, top performers have the potential to earn well over $45 an hour!

• Job Description:

• Manage multiple accounts for delinquency and debt collection efforts
• Advise consumers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.
• Locate and contact debtors about outstanding obligations through skip tracing.
• Report address changes and maintain files regarding debtors for correct and current contact information Qualifications A qualified candidate would possess the following skills.

Ability to negotiate and reason with consumers Ability to speak persuasively and listen critically Ability to multitask Prior collections experience is required This position is suited to self motivated individuals who realize the potential of limitless commission. Commission is paid monthly, and there is also a monthly $300 office bonus if certain requirements are achieved. Individuals with collections experience are preferred.
