Schedule:
  • Monday
  • Thursday:
    10:00 AM
  • 7:00 PM
Friday:
8:00 AM
  • 5:00
PM Training Schedule:
  • 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday (first 3 weeks) What you'll do:
  • Make outbound and inbound calls to client's customers regarding account balances
  • Collect payments via phone pay, quick collect, and written correspondence
  • Handle balances related to: o Past-due payments o Lease-end charges (mileage, wear & tear, property tax) o Deficiency balances from repossessions o Total loss outstanding amounts
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and provide assistance to customers in need
  • Follow up on pending actions and expired payment plans
  • Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage and prioritize a queue of assigned customer accounts
  • Perform skip tracing when contact is difficult to locate customers or collateral
  • Coordinate repossession activities when applicable
  • Collaborate with internal/external teams on escalations and complaints
  • Provide feedback on process improvements and training materials
Requirements:
  • High attention to detail
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in Collections (required)
