Job Description

Position:
Fraud Analyst Compensation:
$22 - $25 /hour, depending on experience
Location:
Katy, Texas Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Fraud Analyst to join their team! Join a dynamic fraud team dedicated to monitoring sales and managing disputes. This role offers the chance to dive into analytical work, reporting, and data entry. Be part of a respected team with growth opportunities within the company. The position is open due to ongoing expansion and the need for dedicated professionals to enhance operations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Manage high-risk orders using the tool "Kount" Compile dispute packets for chargebacks and fraud issues Gather details from customers, banks, or credit unions Monitor spending patterns and repeated charges Manage rules and compile reporting
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Math, Finance, Computer Science, or MIS Basic Word & Excel experience Experience in customer-facing roles Detail-oriented problem solver Nice to
Have Skills & Experience:
Pivot Table experience Retail or distribution operations experience Energetic and quick learner
