Collections Specialist :

Manage high-volume B2B collections activities through phone and email communication Follow up on past-due invoices and aging accounts across a large customer portfolio Handle daily inbound and outbound customer communication regarding account status and payment activity Research and resolve account discrepancies, short payments, and billing issues Maintain detailed account notes and accurately document collection efforts Upload invoices and supporting documentation into customer portals as required Coordinate the release of credit and order holds based on account standing Partner with internal departments to support timely payment resolution and customer service Qualifications of the
