Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor AR aging and prioritize collection efforts on delinquent accountsContact customers via phone and email to collect past-due balancesNegotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding issuesResearch and resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, and disputesMaintain detailed documentation of collection activity and customer interactionsPartner with internal teams (AR, sales, customer service) to resolve account issuesEscalate high-risk accounts as needed and recommend write-offs when appropriateSupport month-end close with reporting on collections activity and agingTrack and report on KPIs such as DSO, past-due percentages, and cash collections
