is committed to offering quality service and tailored loan options to empower its customers. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Specialist, located in Plano, TX. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing debt collection efforts, recovering finances owed, and maintaining account records. Building and maintaining positive customer relationships, resolving account discrepancies, and consistently providing excellent customer service are integral parts of the role. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient cash collection processes will also be key responsibilities. Qualifications Contact customers via phone, to collect outstanding loan payments Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while negotiating payment arrangements Educate customers on payment options, account status, and consequences of non-payment Offer and explain payment options that comply with company policies Handle disputes and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processes Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain positive client relationships Knowledge and understanding of Finance principles and practices Proven attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple accounts Experience with collections management software or related tools is a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred, but not required
