Clear Channel Outdoor Job Summary:
The Collections Specialist plays a crucial role in managing account receivables and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances. This role works closely with clients, Internal Stakeholders, and external partners to resolve payment issues and maintain positive relationships. Job Responsibilities Monitors accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on past due invoices. Contact clients via phone, email, and mail to address payment discrepancies, and resolve outstanding balances. Negotiates mutually acceptable payment arrangements where necessary and follow up on them in a timely manner. Documents comments and actions taken on customer accounts to maintain good tracking and history on the system(s) of record. Facilitates resolution of disputed balances via research and/or reconciliations. Provides quality customer service to internal and external customers. Maintains established service level agreements with branch locations and other functional areas. Performs other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications Education and Certifications High School Diploma, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience. Work Experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience in collections or customer service.
Skills Strong analytical skills. Process oriented with a focus on process improvement. Proficient skills in all Microsoft applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Experience with GetPaid, Workday, Salesforce, BillTrust, DropBox, BOA CashPro, and Image Onsite is a plus. 2 Collection Specialist as of 04.04.2024
