U.S. Air Force Air Combat Command Required clearance: TS/SCI, ability to pass a polygraph Required education: Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree with at least five years of related expert-level experience for a total of 20 years, as a substitute to the master's degree. Alternatively, a minimum of 15 years of collection management or related experience with at least part of the required experience within the past two (2) years.
Description:
This position is contingent upon award of contract. We are seeking an Expert-level Collection Manager to support Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations. The ideal candidate will apply Expert-level training and experience to planning and optimizing intelligence collection activities for both airborne and space-based platforms and sensors. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ISR collection management, multi-INT integration, and intelligence planning, with the ability to translate complex customer requirements into effective collection strategies. This role demands a data-driven professional capable of evaluating collection effectiveness, identifying gaps, and delivering actionable recommendations to enhance mission performance. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage multi-discipline ISR collection activities aligned with strategic, operational, and tactical requirements. Translate customer priority intelligence requirements and information gaps into validated collection requirements and actionable tasking. Integrate collection strategies into mission planning processes supporting Air Force DCGS Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AETs), air components and combatant commands Collaborate across the Intelligence Community (IC) to identify intelligence gaps, priorities, and mission requirements. Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of multi-INT collection against validated requirements.
Required Experience:
Graduate of a DoD or Intelligence Community in-residence Collection Management course. Demonstrated expert-level experience in ISR collection planning and execution, multi-INT collection coordination and integration and intelligence requirements development and validation. Strong proficiency in statistical and analytical tools such as R, Matlab, SAS, SPSS, S-PLUS (or equivalent) Strong verbal communication skills for briefings and collaborative discussions Strong knowledge and experience using
ICD 203/206
tradecraft standards
Desired Experience:
Previous Air Force DCGS Collection Management experience Prior experience supporting Joint, Air Force or Combatant Command ISR Operations Familiarity with Air Force and Joint targeting doctrine and target development and Battle Damage Assessment processes.
