Reithorp Solutions is hiring for a Discovery and Collection Specialist on an awarded/funded contract in Springfield, VA!

Responsibilities:

The Discovery and Collection Specialist will apply GEOINT tradecraft expertise to perform services that find, assess, task, collect, and manage source content requirements to satisfy customer needs by following the

GEOINT TCPED

Cycle. This work requires the contractor to perform source content discovery and collection services. Staff will have previous experience in discovery and collection services, methods, tools, techniques for discovering and collecting source content, knowledge of the type and variety of content; content strengthens and weaknesses, content availability, and capability to perform discovery and collection.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 Years of relevant experience Demonstrated experience with GEOINT Collections tradecraft and analysis Understanding of GEOINT sources and their tradecraft application Ability to deliver source content to stated standards and quality Ability to communicate with clarity and accuracy both verbally and written TS/SCI Cleared Required CI poly Desired (willingness to take a CI poly if candidate does not already have one)

Skills Desired:

Previous experience utilizing GEOINT collection management information systems Previous experience with collection capabilities and methods Proficiency in common Discovery and Collection tools or applications Demonstrated ability to work independently with self-accountability and foster positive customer relationships Demonstrated ability to operate successfully as a team-member
