Part-Time- Medical Revenue Recovery Specialist

Requirements:

As a member of our medical revenue recovery team, you must encompass excellent interpersonal skills and the talent to navigate through tough phone conversations. This role also calls for high-attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. As a fast-growing company, we are specifically looking for an individual who will drive for results and is exceptionally motivated. Minimum Requirements:

18+ years of age

Preferred Requirements:

Basic computer skills and knowledge Ability to type with accuracy at a rate of 50 WPM Previous call center or telemarketing experience. Friendly with a ready-to-work attitude Detail oriented Ability to adapt quickly to change

Responsibilities:

Contact consumers via telephone to recover funds for our clients. Setup payment plans and negotiate terms on accounts. Input conversation summaries and skip-tracing efforts into the collections database accurately and concisely. Meet productivity and collection goals.
