Job Description
Our client, a legal services organization specializing in consumer debt collections and judgment executions, is seeking a Collections Representative to join their team. As a Collections Representative, you will be part of the Legal Collections Division supporting attorneys and legal staff. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM What's the Job? Manage outbound and inbound collection calls to consumers regarding debt obligations Track and maintain account status, payment activity, and follow-ups Prepare, review, and process legal and collections documentation, including summons and filings Assist with drafting legal correspondence and collection-related documents Coordinate with courts and legal offices regarding case status and filings What's Needed? Previous experience in collections, legal collections, or accounts receivable Strong understanding of debt collection processes and account management Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to handle high-volume workload with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and phone skills What's in it for me?
