Job Description

CORPORATE FINANCE AND BILLING ASSISTANT
The Finance and Billing Assistant processes sales deals. This position is responsible for verifying costs, including the costs of reconditioning and equipment add-ons, for the accounting department and for preparing legal transfer documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare tax and title documents Submit all legal transfer documents to the DMV Receive and process paperwork from the F&I department Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins Post vehicle sales and purchases Report new sales to the manufacturers Register extended service policy contracts Prepare trade-in vehicle folders Ensure that name and address files are updated on an ongoing basis Other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
College degree in a related field preferred or comparable experience Strong attention to detail Self-motivated IT skills- experience with data analysis a plus Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Experience in title work preferred
