Job Title:
Specialty Billing Manager Job Type:
Full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team 5 years experience in customer service in a clinical setting and familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial
Job Summary:
Discover a rewarding career at Arcare. We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Specialty Billing Manager to join the Arcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the daily operations of specialty billing within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) department. This role plays a key part in evaluating billing workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring compliance with Arcare's billing policies. The manager will provide training, monitor performance, identify denial trends, and work with leadership to implement corrective actions that safeguard the organization's financial health. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a commitment to supporting our patients' financial journey with care and precision.
