Job Description:
Support the Epic HB, PB, and HIM applications as an onshore coordinator. You will collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. You will provide solutions to challenges for your immediate team and across multiple teams, all while reflecting expertise in Epic Revenue Cycle. Lead the support of the Epic HB, PB, and HIM applications, acting as the primary point of contact between client and offshore team. Complete incidents and tasks and assign them to the team. Coach and mentor offshore team members.Advanced proficiency in Epic Revenue Cycle and active HB certificationA minimum of 5 of experience in relevant related skills.
High School Diploma/GED in relevant field of studies.
