Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
: 1. Performs all activities pertaining to billing at ACA 2. Responsible for accounting activities such as daily deposits, accounts payable support, data entry in both departments, and reconciliations. 3. Responsible for assisting other billing personnel with problems that may arise in the billing process, as well as reviewing pertinent documentation prior to the billing submission. 4. Maintain PC spreadsheets specific to billing. 5. Serve as secondary support for USDA billing operations. 6. Serve as secondary support to the Contracts Administrator for HUD billing. 7. Cross train in all billing positions to ensure continuous operational coverage. 8. Performs other accounting, billing, and other duties as assigned.MISCELLANEOUS FUNCTIONS

High school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of training in secretarial skills or equivalent experience. Previous Accounting experience. Must have computer, 10 key and data entry skills.Language Skills :
Ability to read and understand Agency and other related regulations. Ability or coordinate, organize, and file related documents. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, clients, parents, regulatory agencies and the general public.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
