You partner closely with the three Billing Managers and with the RCM Support & Transformation team in Mesa (analysts, academy, connectivity, compliance support, master data) to turn problems into better ways of working. In this role you will be Billing's first point of contact for tech issues When Logis, portals, imports, worklists or related tools misbehave, you help capture the problem clearly and coordinate with DT and the Support & Transformation connectivity team to find and fix the root cause. Help prevent repeat incidents by ensuring fixes are documented and communicated. Support productivity through better tools and configuration Work with Billing Managers to understand where time is lost due to system setup (views, filters, queues, routing). Recommend and test changes that make it easier for billers to see and complete their work efficiently. Partner on automation opportunities Together with the Process Excellence Lead and analysts resources in the Support & Transformation team and DT/BI, identify concrete process steps that can be automated (rules, workflows, scripts, RPA). Support scoping, testing and rollout of these automations, and gather feedback from users. Monitor system performance and user experience Help track basic system health and Billing‑relevant performance (e.g. latency, queue behavior, failed imports). Raise and follow up on issues that have a real impact on Billing's ability to hit its targets. Support training on new tools and features Work with the Training & Quality Lead to make sure new features and tool changes are reflected in training materials and demos. Provide hands‑on support to managers and senior billers when new functionality goes live.Qualifications:
Bring Billing + technology experience Typically 5+ years in Ambulance Billing/RCM or similar, with experience working in Billing systems, portals or clearinghouses. Have been the "go‑to" person for system questions or small improvements on your team. Are comfortable in the space between business and IT You can talk to billers and managers in plain language- and you can also describe issues clearly to DT/BI and partners.
