- design the way we work: training, tools and processes, so Billing Managers and specialists can win. As a Billing Lead, you report to the Senior Billing Manager and work across all markets. You don't manage people
- you manage standards, methods and improvements . You partner closely with the three Billing Managers and with the RCM Support & Transformation team in (analysts, academy, connectivity, compliance support, master data) to turn problems into better ways of working. In this role you will: Design and maintain Billing training paths Build and update structured training for new hires and existing staff- from insurance verification and PCR review to advanced coding and payer‑specific rules for 911 and IFT.
Qualifications:
Bring strong Billing/RCM experience Typically 5+ years in Ambulance Billing/RCM or similar, with exposure from basic pre‑bill work to more complex coding and compliance topics. Have already acted as a trainer, SME or go‑to person others ask for help Are passionate about teaching and standards You enjoy breaking down complex rules into clear steps and examples. You are comfortable leading 1:1, small‑group or virtual training and adapting to different learning styles. Have solid compliance and coding understanding You understand key regulations (No Surprises Act, HIPAA, CMS rules) and how they show up in everyday Billing work. You know the basics ofCPT, ICD
‑10, HCPCS and modifiers, and are willing to deepen that expertise. Work in a structured, collaborative way You like building playbooks, checklists and guides that others can follow. You enjoy partnering with Billing Managers, the Support & Transformation team and Compliance instead of solving everything alone.Working Conditions:
