Experienced Billing Coordinator (HVAC-R) $47,840-$52,000/year Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm Phoenix, AZ Intellitech Mechanical is hiring an Experienced Billing Coordinator (HVAC-R) to turn completed work orders into clean, billable invoices. You'll be working from field notes, labor entries, and parts used on each job, making sure everything is captured before clients are invoiced. This role works closely with technicians, parts, dispatch, and operations. This is not entry-level billing and is best suited for candidates who understand how trade work actually happens.

Key Responsibilities:

Take completed work orders and build them into invoices Review labor, parts, and notes to ensure everything is in order Cross-check work orders against purchase orders and vendor bills Catch missing or unclear info and follow up with techs, parts, and dispatch when needed Keep billing moving consistently and up to date, especially heading into month-end close Flag and resolve anything that looks off (pricing, time, parts, etc.) to ensure clean job costing and accurate billing

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in billing, accounting, or admin operations (HVAC-R or similar strongly preferred) Comfortable working independently and keeping things on schedule Comfortable using or picking up systems like PowerApps, SharePoint, QuickBooks, and SamPro (SamPro experience is a major plus) Understands how billing affects gross margin and cash flow Organized and consistent, with clear communication—not letting jobs fall through the cracks Pay $47,840-$52,000 per year, depending on experience Full-time, consistent hours (non-exempt role) Benefits Health insurance Dental and Vision insurance Paid time off How to Apply Reply to this posting with your resume.
