Full Job Description Experienced Billing Professional Needed:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing and coding, and be able to handle a variety of responsibilities related to payment posting, insurance billing, accounts receivable, and more. If you have experience with Medicare , VA , personal injury cases , and chiropractic billing , we encourage you to apply! $500 sign on bonus given after 90 days with training completion!

Key Responsibilities:

Posting Payments :

Accurately post insurance payments, patient payments, and third-party payments. EOB (Explanation of Benefits)

Review :

Analyze and interpret EOBs for correct billing and reimbursements.

Medicare & VA Billing :

Experience in billing for Medicare and Veterans Affairs (VA) cases, including understanding regulations and protocols.

Personal Injury Billing :

Knowledge of billing for personal injury claims, including documentation and follow-up. Accounts Receivable (AR)

Review :

Monitor and review AR, follow up on outstanding payments, and work to resolve discrepancies.

Statements & Auditing :

Prepare patient statements, and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in accounts and billing procedures.

Bank Reconciliation :

Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate tracking of financial transactions.

Payroll System :

Manage payroll processes for office staff.

Chiropractic Experience :

Familiarity with chiropractic billing and coding practices is highly preferred.

Qualifications:

Billing and Coding Certification or at least 2 years of medical billing experience . Proven experience in medical billing, particularly in Medicare , VA , and personal injury cases. Strong knowledge of EOBs , accounts receivable , and auditing processes. Experience in bank reconciliation and payroll systems . Chiropractic billing experience is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently. Strong communication and organizational skills.
