Job Description

A growing healthcare services provider is seeking a Billing Coordinator to support invoicing, payment tracking, account reconciliation, and customer account maintenance. This role will work closely with accounting, operations, and client service teams to ensure timely and accurate billing processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

ResponsibilitiesBilling OperationsPrepare and distribute customer invoices accurately and timelyReview billing data and supporting documentationMonitor invoice status and outstanding balancesResearch and resolve billing discrepanciesMaintain detailed customer account recordsAssist with payment application and account reconciliationCustomer & Internal SupportCommunicate with customers regarding invoice questionsCoordinate with internal departments to resolve billing issuesMaintain documentation for audits and reporting purposesAssist with month-end billing reports and financial tracking
