Entry Level Analyst

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accounting Analyst to join our clients growing team on a temp-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who is eager to gain hands-on experience, develop analytical skills, and grow within a collaborative environment. This position offers the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities + Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable + Support month-end and year-end close processes + Prepare and analyze journal entries and account reconciliations + Review financial data for accuracy and identify discrepancies + Assist in maintaining general ledger integrity + Compile financial reports and support ad hoc analysis + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information + Help improve processes and support internal controls Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) + 0-2 years of accounting or finance experience (internships welcome!) + Basic understanding of GAAP principles + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs a plus) + Experience with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) preferred + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
