Job Description

Help Drive Revenue OperationsA growing professional services company is seeking a Billing & Collections Coordinator to manage client invoicing, payment tracking, collections activities, and customer account maintenance. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and accounting-related responsibilities. This highly visible role works closely with leadership, accounting, and client-facing teams to ensure invoices are accurate and payments are collected efficiently.

ResponsibilitiesBilling OperationsPrepare and distribute customer invoicesReview contracts and billing schedulesProcess billing adjustments and account correctionsTrack invoice status and monitor outstanding balancesReconcile billing records and customer accountsCollections & Customer SupportFollow up on past-due accounts professionallyResolve client billing inquiries and disputesMaintain detailed collection notes and account documentationSupport month-end reporting and revenue tracking
