Service Billing Clerk

Job Responsibilities Include Process employees' expense reimbursements and customer invoices. Assist with monthly and year closing including accruals, general ledger reconciliation and job cost reclassification. Maintain files and databases including Service Spreadsheet, Service Schedule, and Insurance. Tracks and manages billing requests. Qualifications Associate's degree and one-year billing experience. Alphanumeric data entry. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe. Calculate amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
