You have proficient experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and, ideally, experience with Sage 100. What's the Role As a critical member of our accounting team, you will be trusted with responsibilities including, but not limited to: Daily processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing transactions. Communicating with internal teams and developing service solutions to resolve internal and external issues. Maintaining professional and personable correspondence with customers and suppliers. Reconciling accounts and supporting accurate, timely month-end close activities. Researching and resolving billing, payment, and account discrepancies. Maintaining organized records and supporting documentation in accordance with company procedures. Effective communication and exemplary customer service are crucial for this role. You will receive extensive cross-training to develop your accounting skills and fully immerse yourself in the fuel industry. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred. Prior experience in accounting, AP/AR, or billing preferred. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with Sage 100 or a comparable ERP/accounting system is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion. Physical Requirements / Work Environment Office environment; regular use of a computer and standard office equipment. Primarily seated work with occasional lifting and carrying of documents or supplies (typically up to 25 lbs.).

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
