Role:
Aperto Property Management is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team in Irvine, CA . This role supports our third-party managed portfolio of multifamily properties. This role demands a highly organized and detailed individual who can multi-task and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

You'll manage the full accounts payable cycle across multiple communities, ensuring adherence to internal financial standards. The ideal candidate has strong accounting experience , proficiency in Yardi and a solid understanding of organizing, coding, entering and posting all invoices into the accounting system within tight deadlines for weekly and period close. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that requires strong organization, independence, and collaboration with operations and the accounting team.
What You'll Do:
Reconciling vendor statements with accounting system records as requested Organizing, coding, entering and posting all invoices into the accounting system within tight deadlines for weekly and period close Preparing and organizing high volume weekly check runs and manual check requests within set deadlines Perform matching of checks with related invoices Manages invoice imaging/scanning process Organize and maintain the AP filing system, including paper and electronic invoices general accounting data Provides customer service to properties and corporate staff Establishes and maintains excellent working relationships and communication with property staff and Corporate office Assist with other projects as needed Assist with audit requests
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred. 3 - 5 years' experience in high volume Accounts Payable Department Property Management experience Yardi Voyager experience Excellent computer and ten-key skills including proficient Microsoft Excel skills Reliable and organized individual with ability to pay close attention to details Ability to problem solve Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work with all levels of the company Ability to work independently with a high level of energy and initiative Must have an enterprising spirit and want to grow and learn Strong alignment with the values, mission, and client-service philosophy of Aperto Property Management .
