Overview:

This is a contract position supporting the Heart Failure (HF) Revenue Cycle Management team at a company in Livermore, CA. The Medical Billing Specialist will handle patient billing inquiries, follow up on outstanding balances, and resolve unpaid accounts while meeting quality and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls related to billing statement inquiries
• Follow up on outstanding patient balances
• Interpret EOBs (Explanation of Benefits
• Resolve unpaid accounts efficiently while meeting quality and productivity standards
