Billing and Invoicing Specialist

Job DescriptionJob Description We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Billing and Invoicing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in billing, QuickBooks, and possess strong data entry skills.

Duties:

• Generate and send out invoices
• Review billing for accuracy and completeness
• Process payments, refunds and checks
• Follow up on outstanding accounts
• Maintain billing records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies

Required Skills:

• Intermediate level with Excel, Word and Outlook
• Proficiency in collection
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Strong data entry skills
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately

Nice-to-Have Skills:
