Job Description

Law firm is seeking a contract E-Billing Coordinator to join their Los Angeles office. This is a contract position beginning immediately and is through February 2027.
Responsibilities:
Submit and track timekeeper rates and approvals through various e-billing portals Maintain and update the master shared rates spreadsheet and supporting documentation Conduct consistent follow-up with client contacts to obtain rate approvals Ensure accuracy and timeliness when managing high-volume rate submissions and updates
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree At least 3 years of experience in high-volume e-billing or accounting coordinator roles required Experience with accounting and billing platforms such as Aderant BillBlast, 3E, or similar systems required Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel a must Hire Options Inc. and its clients are equal opportunity employers. Pay:
$38.00 - $40.00 per hour
