EXPERIENCED
Automotive Contract/Billing Clerk to review, post, and process all vehicle sales and lease contracts, prepare invoices, manage vehicle titles, process billing transactions, and more. 1•3 years of experience in an automotive dealership accounting office or F&I department is required. Responsibilities:
Review, post, and process all vehicle sales and lease contracts. Prepare invoices, manage vehicle titles, and process billing transactions. Verify the accuracy of sales and financing agreements and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate. Handle customer inquiries Ensure all documentation complies with dealership and manufacturer policies, financial institution requirements, and legal standards. Support the finance and accounting teams by maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout the contract funding process. Maintain records of all contracts and related documents.
Requirements:
1•3 years of experience in an automotive dealership accounting office or F&I department is required Good accounting, computer and communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to details A good work ethic and professional appearance
