Do you want your work to directly support individuals with disabilities and their families? UCP of Sacramento and Northern California is seeking a Billing & Client Support Coordinator to support our Recreation Division and Financial Management Services (FMS) program. This role combines billing, reconciliation, customer service, reporting, and program administration to help ensure participants receive the services and support they need. What You'll Do Manage key billing and administrative functions for UCP's Financial Management Services (FMS) program. Collect, verify, and reconcile invoices, receipts, and billing documentation. Assist clients, families, vendors, and service coordinators with program enrollment and support. Generate reports, track expenditures, and support financial reconciliation processes. Collaborate with Finance, Recreation, and Operations teams to ensure accurate billing and program administration. Support recreation program scheduling, registration, and payment processes. Help develop and maintain efficient systems, procedures, and documentation. What We're Looking For ✔ 2 years of accounting, billing, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, financial administration, or related experience. ✔ Strong experience with spreadsheets, data reconciliation, invoicing, reporting, and attention to detail. ✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with families, vendors, and internal teams. ✔ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. ✔ Experience with Regional Center services, nonprofit organizations, government-funded programs, or Financial Management Services (FMS) is a plus.
