UCP of Sacramento and Northern California is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Temporary Billing & Client Support Coordinator to support critical recreation and financial management programs serving individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and their families. This is a full-time temporary 90-day assignment designed to support key operational and program initiatives. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, solving problems, supporting clients, and collaborating across teams in a mission-driven environment. What You'll Do In this role, you'll support UCP's Pay/FMS (Financial Management Services) program and Recreation Division through billing coordination, customer support, financial reconciliation, and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities Manage daily billing and administrative activities for the UCP Pay/FMS program Assist clients and families with registration and onboarding processes Verify invoices, receipts, expenditures, and billing documentation Reconcile billing data and support financial reporting activities Coordinate with finance teams including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Provide professional customer support to families, vendors, service coordinators, and staff Support scheduling, registration, and payment processes for recreation programs and events Maintain accurate records, SOPs, and supporting documentation Assist with contracts, service agreements, and operational reporting Perform general administrative and data entry duties Periodically assist with on-site recreation events and activities What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED 3+ years of experience in billing, accounting support, finance administration, or related fields Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage confidential financial information responsibly Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Experience working with Regional Center services, nonprofit programs, or healthcare-related billing Experience with invoicing, reconciliation, accounts receivable, or financial reporting Why Join UCP?
