BILLING & COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST
Regional Professional Services Firm - Hartford, CT area A well-established professional services organization is seeking an experienced Billing & Collections Specialist to support their revenue operations team. Direct hire, competitive compensation with benefits.
What You'll Do:
Manage full billing cycle from invoice preparation through collections Partner with internal stakeholders on WIP, write-offs, rate adjustments, and billing disputes Monitor AR aging and drive collections on outstanding balances Ensure compliance with client billing requirements and outside counsel guidelines Submit invoices through e-billing platforms and troubleshoot rejections
