Billing Specialist

Pure Wellness is growing, and we are looking for a full-time billing specialist to join our team! With six locations in Delaware, we are the largest chiropractic group in the area. We believe in treating the body as a whole and providing patient-centered care. Experience within chiropractic, wellness, or alternative medicine preferred. Our busy, fast paced office is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented insurance biller to join our team. We are seeking someone who is organized, trustworthy, efficient, can adapt well to changes, and eager to learn.

highly detail-oriented and accurate, a quick learner with strong problem solving skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, comfortable working with numbers and insurance billing processes, dependable, trustworthy, able to multitask efficiently, most importantly able to thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

Insurance claim submission and follow up Payment posting and account review Communicating with insurance carriers, attorneys, and patients Verifying benefits and resolving billing issues Maintaining accurate patient and billing records We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys helping others and wants to grow with our team long term.
